Our Church has been a place of family worship for generations (since 1874). Our beautiful Sanctuary has been a place to hear the Word of God read and preached for over 133 years. The spiritual life of our Jermain family centers around weekly worship and special celebrations such as baptisms and weddings. Music plays an important part of our time together as we worship: with congregational singing, the musical offerings of our choir, and the melodious sound of our Steer and Turner organ.
Jermain is truly a place to experience the presence of God and Jesus Christ in our worship time together.The celebration of the Christian holidays are a special time at Jermain. In addition to the singing of our choir, we are blessed with the musical talents of several soloists, and the virtuosity of our Organist / Choir Director.
We offer a variety of programs and events throughout the year.Our Gym is a place of meeting and eating as it hosts Church and community dinners, rummage sales, our thrift shop, craft fairs, and youth programs. Jermain is a place for Christian fellowship and community outreach. There are plenty of parking spaces on the two streets that border the Church as well as a lot for the handicapped in back of the Church.
